Player 2 Arcade Bar is hiring a bartender for our Green Bay location!
We’re looking for someone who is 21 years old or older and brings energy, personality, and reliability to every shift. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, talking with guests, and being part of a team that stays busy—this could be a great fit.
Availability:
Prefer candidates with availability for afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
We are also open to candidates who are only available on weekends.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcome guests and create a fun, upbeat experience

Take drink and food orders while guiding guests through the menu

Make recommendations and help guests discover new favorites

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistently

Handle transactions and operate the POS system accurately

Check IDs and follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines

Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized throughout your shift

Prep garnishes and assist with bar setup/breakdown

Work as part of a team to keep service smooth and efficient

Help maintain a high-energy atmosphere during busy shifts
What We’re Looking For:

Dependable and consistently shows up for scheduled shifts

Friendly, social, and comfortable talking to guests

Able to stay calm, focused, and efficient in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail with orders and payments

Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Preferred Experience (but not required):

Bartending or serving experience

Familiarity with basic drink recipes and bar equipment

General knowledge of beer, liquor, and cocktails
Physical Requirements:

Able to stand for extended periods

Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs

Comfortable moving quickly and staying active during shifts
