Ambulatory Surgery | Pediatric Focus | Compact License Accepted

Opportunity Snapshot:
A multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center in Duluth, Minnesota, is seeking a Board Certified CRNA, preferably pediatric-trained, for ongoing locum coverage. This role involves coverage across ENT and other specialty areas, with opportunities for scheduled cases and optional call support.

Key Details:

• Start Date: January 16, 2026 – Ongoing Need

• Schedule: Flexible, primarily scheduled cases; call coverage optional

• Providers Needed: 3

• Setting: Ambulatory surgery center with Level II Trauma hospital affiliation

• Patient Volume: 4–5 patients per shift

• OR/Service Areas: 15 ORs, 4 endoscopy suites, coverage across specialty areas

• Supervision: Medically supervised care team model

• Hospital Stroke Certified: Yes

• EMR: Epic

Requirements:

• Board Certified NBCRNA – Required

• Active Minnesota License or Compact License – Accepted

• ACLS, BLS, PALS – Required

• Pediatric anesthesia experience – Preferred
