Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunities Travel Assignments in Fairfield, CA
Seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and school-based experience to provide services across multiple school buildings in Fairfield, California. These travel positions offer the chance to work onsite with diverse caseloads including Pre-K through 12th grade students.
Assignment Details:
- Location: Fairfield, CA (travel assignment)
- Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (3 openings)
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: 6/5/26
- Weekly Hours: 37.5
- Caseload sizes: Pre-K 1st grade (35-40 students) Kindergarten 8th grade (40-45 students) Kindergarten 12th grade (50-55 students)
- Work across multiple school buildings
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience delivering speech services in school settings
- Strong assessment and individualized therapy planning skills
- Ability to manage large caseloads efficiently
- Must provide onsite services (virtual SLP applicants will not be considered)
- Previous experience traveling and working in multiple locations is a plus
- No VOCO SLPs or SLP Assistants (SLPA) accepted for this role
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners
