Minimum Qualifications
- Valid dental hygienist license in Minnesota and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
- Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- Current CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- Willingness to continue learning and developing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care.
- Ability to address clinical needs as required by the office.

Physical Requirements
- Capability to perform essential duties as determined by the office/doctor with or without reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential functions of the role.
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally.
- Willingness to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
- To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment, and arrangements will be made during the pre-employment process. This does not apply in Florida and Tennessee.
