WE are seeking compassionate and dedicated (CNAs) Certified Nursing Assistants to join our skilled nursing team in providing high-quality care to our residents. The (CNA) Certified Nursing Assistant plays a vital role in assisting residents with daily living activities, supporting nursing staff, and promoting a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities
-
Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.

Take and record vital signs, weights, and other health data as directed.

Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or behavioral conditions to nursing staff.

Maintain resident dignity and respect while promoting independence.

Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs.

Support residents with activities and social engagement as appropriate.

Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.

Document care and services accurately in electronic or written medical records.
Qualifications
-
Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Wisconsin and in good standing on the WI Nurse Aide Registry.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred but not required.

Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
