WE are seeking compassionate and dedicated (CNAs) Certified Nursing Assistants to join our skilled nursing team in providing high-quality care to our residents. The (CNA) Certified Nursing Assistant plays a vital role in assisting residents with daily living activities, supporting nursing staff, and promoting a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.

• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other health data as directed.

• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or behavioral conditions to nursing staff.

• Maintain resident dignity and respect while promoting independence.

• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

• Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs.

• Support residents with activities and social engagement as appropriate.

• Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.

• Document care and services accurately in electronic or written medical records.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Wisconsin and in good standing on the WI Nurse Aide Registry.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred but not required.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent resident care.
