Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to provide leave coverage in an elementary school setting serving students from Kindergarten through 6th or 8th grade. This contract position is located in Roseville, MN, and offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on supporting the communication needs of young learners.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Minnesota Department of Education SLP license required
  • Certifications such as CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) preferred
  • Experience working with school-aged children in K-6th or K-8th grade settings advantageous
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and staff to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of student evaluations and therapy sessions
  • Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and develop appropriate goals
  • Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to update on student progress
