Compensation: $20-25/hour + Monthly Bonus Target of $1,000

Position Summary
We are seeking a Referral Marketing Coordinator to lead relationship-building efforts with our referring practices. This role is key to growing our network and maintaining strong, consistent communication with dental teams throughout the region. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and passionate about connecting people.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with referring dentists, hygienists, and office staff
- Conduct regular check-ins and office visits with referring teams
- Coordinate and facilitate one in-person referral event per month (social mixers and CE events)
- Track referral visits and activity in CRM software
- Help identify new relationship opportunities (practices and doctors moving)
- Manage reports to referring doctors to maintain healthy long term relationships
- Ensure all touchpoints align with our brand and patient care values
- Work closely with the clinical and administrative team to align referral outreach with practice priorities

Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, dental, or healthcare settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to plan and host small events
- Self-starter with excellent organization and follow-through
- Reliable transportation required for local travel
