We are seeking a Data Entry/Customer Service Representative to join our team! The schedule is Monday through Friday 4am to 1pm, and every other Saturday 4am to 11am. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Input orders
- Invoice order
- Route trucks
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist with customer issues
- Prepare regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain a filing system
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to visitors
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Previous experience in data entry, customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
