We are a dynamic HCBS staffing company seeking a Staffing Coordinator who is motivated and responsible for managing all moving pieces to ensure our providers are placed, trained, servicing and actively billing while maintaining strong relationships with families and providers.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Direct experience in HCBS staffing, home care coordination, or similar
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and follow-through skills
Attention to detail
Comfortable using software systems and tools to manage workflow
Able to work independently and stay on top of multiple moving parts
Compensation & Bonus Structure
Hourly Rate: $25/hour (remote)
Bonus Opportunities based on performance milestones
Clear metrics for bonuses will be outlined and tracked monthly
