Schedule
- 3x12 hour shifts per week
Qualifications
- Current, active RN license
- Minimum of two years’ recent experience in a Level III or IV NICU
- Previous leadership or charge nurse experience in a NICU setting
- BLS and NRP certifications required
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and mentorship skills
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee NICU nursing staff, delegate responsibilities, and serve as the clinical expert during each shift
- Coordinate patient care for neonates with complex medical needs
- Facilitate interdisciplinary communication and support family-centered care
- Maintain rigorous compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to team members
