How You Will Make An Impact
- Serve as the content librarian and document custodian, ensuring materials are properly formatted, standardized, and accessible
- Collaborate with content authors and stakeholders to maintain and improve documentation across SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and ServiceNow Knowledge Hub
- Design and implement standardized templates to enhance readability, usability, and future AI ingestion
- Analyze content performance by collecting and evaluating feedback via embedded analytics, forms, and surveys
- Identify knowledge gaps and make recommendations to improve documentation through data-driven insights
- Support internal communication strategies by drafting clear, consistent, and relevant messages aligned with branding and tone guidelines
- Help ensure critical documents are easy to find and use by a diverse set of end users across the organization
Are You a Content Design & Knowledge Management Rock Star?
- Bachelors degree in communications, business administration, library sciences, or a related field
- 13 years of experience in documentation, communication, knowledge management, or a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, including experience in content creation, collaboration tools, and data collection methods
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Knowledge Hub and SharePoint (or similar document management platforms)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sharp eye for clarity and consistency
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Experience with Power BI or interest in learning basic data visualization tools is a plus
- Comfortable educating others on content standards and documentation best practices
