Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license in Arizona
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Experience delivering school-based therapy to pediatric populations
- Ability to collaborate and provide effective supervision and support to an SLPA
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to students, focusing on evidence-based interventions
- Supervise and mentor an SLPA, ensuring high-quality delivery of services
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in coordination with school staff
- Maintain accurate records and assessments in accordance with school and legal guidelines
- Work with educators and families to promote student progress and ensure therapy strategies are consistently supported across school environments
