Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid SLP license in Arizona
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
Experience delivering school-based therapy to pediatric populations
Ability to collaborate and provide effective supervision and support to an SLPA
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language services to students, focusing on evidence-based interventions
Supervise and mentor an SLPA, ensuring high-quality delivery of services
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in coordination with school staff
Maintain accurate records and assessments in accordance with school and legal guidelines
Work with educators and families to promote student progress and ensure therapy strategies are consistently supported across school environments
