Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and needs, ensuring a comprehensive service experience.

Address client inquiries with clarity, accuracy, and a positive attitude to enhance overall satisfaction.

Efficiently manage client records and maintain detailed documentation of interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with the finance team to support clients effectively and ensure seamless service delivery.

Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance service skills and product knowledge.

Assist in the resolution of client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.


Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve client issues efficiently.

Interpersonal Skills: Must be friendly, empathetic, and capable of building rapport with clients.

Tech Proficiency: Comfort with computer systems, CRM tools, and the ability to learn new software quickly.

Availability: Must be able to work in-office at our North Aurora, Illinois location.
