- Our office is moving from Lansdale to Plymouth Meeting in the next few weeks!
- This is not a remote position, completely in office.
What You’ll Do
- Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
- Escalate customer complaints as necessary
- Make outbound calls based on membership needs and follow up on existing customers
- Make service appointments and input customer data into database
- Achieve call booking goals and other key performance indicators (Hello bonuses!)

Requirements
- 1-3 years in a call center environment
- 2 years customer service experience
- Highly motivated and organized
- Sales mentality a plus!
- Service Titan experience a plus! (But not required!)
