Faber and Brand, LLC, a multi-state law firm focusing on creditors’ rights, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter in their Dispute Department, as a full-time employee. Our firm is a fun, casual, and engaging workplace. We offer flexible scheduling, an in-depth training program, room for advancement for motivated candidates, and a generous compensation package. Prior law firm experience is not necessary as we provide on-site training.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working closely with Attorneys and Compliance team
- Handling incoming disputes and other correspondence in a timely manner
- Analyzing disputes (on-the-job training is provided)
- Paying attention to detail to ensure all procedures are followed correctly
- Drafting various motions and other documents
- Daily personal tasks
REPORTS TO:
Manager of the Dispute Department

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- High degree of proficiency in office procedures, typing and machines.
- Knowledge and practical experience regarding basic computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong data entry skills and the ability to multi-task.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with established policies and regulations.
- Must be willing to communicate via email and telephone.
- Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Organized, able to multi-task.
Previous legal experience is not required, but preferred.
