The Registered Nurse will apply theoretical knowledge to make informed decisions in practice, focusing on assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating personalized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients, adhering to established nursing standards. Candidates are expected to report to facilities within the regional area of their home hospital. Specific facilities will be determined upon hiring, with approval from the leadership team.

• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - No Contract Required

  • Plus: Regional Float Pool Benefits AND Shift Differentials: $2.75 for Evenings, $4.60 for Nights, $1.50 for Weekends

  • Cardiac Vascular ICU, Trauma ICU, Burn ICU, Surgical ICU, Neurology ICU

Qualifications:

• Required Education:
  • Completion of an accredited registered nursing program.
    • Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Licensure:
  • Must obtain and maintain a current RN license in the state of employment and comply with all state nursing board regulations.
• Required Experience:
  • At least one year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg roles.
  • For other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent bedside RN experience is required.
    • Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Epic software
• Certifications (Required to Start):
  • For Med/Surg and Behavioral Health - BLS Certification
  • For Women’s Health - BLS & NRP Certifications
  • For Critical Care - BLS & ACLS Certifications
  • For Emergency Department - BLS, ACLS, & PALS Certifications
• Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand and walk for most of the shift; significant bending, stooping, and lifting of patients with assistance; ability to push, pull, and grip up to 50 pounds.
