We have an immediate need for a dependable, motivated individual who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and contributing to meaningful construction projects. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to learn skilled trades, operate equipment, and get a good workout during your day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lift, carry, and move materials weighing 75+ pounds
- Assist with foundation construction
- Operate and use various construction tools and equipment, including jackhammers, shovels, hammers, and rakes
- Support site preparation, excavation, and cleanup efforts
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule

- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety procedures
- Construction experience is a plus, but motivated candidates are encouraged to appl
OSHA 10 will be required for the job but we will pay for your OSHA 10 course and pay you to take the course if you are not already certified! It's a win-win situation!
Physical Requirements:This position requires frequent bending, lifting, twisting, stooping, crawling, reaching overhead, and working in confined spaces. Candidates must be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
