Responsibilities: 
 
Full scope of primary care including new admissions, follow up visits etc. 
 
 
Requirements:

<li>Active NP license in the state of IL </li>
<li>DEA license </li>
<li>1+ year experience working as an NP </li>
<li>Nursing home experience- highly preferred </li>
</ul>
 
Salary:
