<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Perform light assembly of parts and components</li>
<li>Pick and verify customer orders accurately</li>
<li>Pack products securely for shipment according to company standards</li>
<li>Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed</li>
<li>Label packages and prepare orders for outgoing shipments</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area</li>
<li>Follow all company procedures related to quality, safety, and shipping accuracy</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications &amp; Requirements</p>
<ul>
<li>Must live close to the Milford, MI facility</li>
<li>Strong attendance and punctuality are required</li>
<li>Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail</li>
<li>Basic math and counting skills</li>
<li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions</li>
<li>Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights</li>
<li>Previous experience in packing, assembly, or shipping is a plus, but not required</li>
