IR Centers is a rapidly growing healthcare company pioneering minimally invasive procedures across the U.S. We operate specialized interventional radiology centers in partnership with leading urology, GI, and orthopedic practices. We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who is excited to grow with our organization. Youll work directly with our CEO and Operations team, supporting our fast-paced national platform and playing a key role in our continued expansion.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Prior experience in administrative support, scheduling, office coordination, or similar (Preferred but not required — we will train the right person!)
  • Proficiency in English (Required)
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Must demonstrate exceptional organization, follow-up, diligence, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel, and company events for executives and teams across multiple states.
  • Organize, track, and generate reports using AI tools, Excel, Google Workspace, and MS Word.
  • Manage simple website content updates and oversee production of marketing materials such as brochures.
  • Maintain and prepare internal reports, presentations, and documents with close attention to detail.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams, external partners, and vendors on behalf of the company.
  • Ensure follow-up and completion of tasks and projects, maintaining timelines and accountability.
  • Support operations by assisting with a variety of administrative functions and special projects.
