Position Overview:
Massena Memorial Hospital is currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalist to join its team in Massena, New York. As part of the St. Lawrence Health System and affiliated with Rochester Regional Health, this position offers an excellent opportunity to practice inpatient medicine in a community-focused setting with a manageable patient load and competitive compensation.

- Approximately 2,038 annual discharges

- Recently completed $14 million in renovations, enhancing telemetry, imaging, laboratory services, and therapy departments
Hospitalist Program Details:
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a 7-on/7-off rotation
- Support: Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) on-site from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- EMR: Epic
- Patient Volume: Low to moderate census, consistent with rural hospital standards
- Accepted Specialties: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Compensation & Benefits:
- W2 Employment: $382,200 annually
- 1099 Contractor: $382,000 annually, plus travel and lodging
- Malpractice insurance included
