We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and updating data into our systems from various sources. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for a low-stress, remote position that offers flexibility and minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input simple data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, or online platforms
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct as needed

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data

  • Organize and store digital files according to company standards

  • Perform basic data clean-up tasks

  • Follow instructions and meet project deadlines

  • Communicate with team members or supervisors as needed

Basic Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic computer skills (typing, copy/paste, email)

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

  • Good attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently

  • Good written communication skills

  • No prior experience required (training will be provided)
