A registered nurse position is available on a contract basis, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic adaptive acuity unit. This role demands a nurse skilled in providing high-quality care across a variety of acuity levels, including occasional Progressive Care Unit (PCU) responsibilities at a 3:1 patient ratio. Experience managing IV drips is essential, and candidates must be prepared to serve in a charge nurse capacity when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care at a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio within a 25-bed unit.
• Provide PCU care when assigned, adhering to a non-negotiable 3:1 ratio.
• Manage drip therapies competently.
• Accept charge nurse duties as specified for this assignment.
• Maintain professional standards without orientation hours required.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Proven clinical proficiency in acute care nursing.
• Strong drip management experience.
• Charge nurse experience is mandatory.
• Ability to adapt quickly to variable patient care acuity.
