About the Role
We are looking for a Resident Coordinator I (RCI) to join our team and be a part of our clients’ healing journeys. As an RCI, you'll supervise residents within AMFM’s Transitional Living Homes, ensuring a safe, supportive, and therapeutic living environment. You'll work closely with clinical and management staff to help residents stay on track with their recovery programs and maintain a comfortable and encouraging atmosphere.
Responsibilities
As a Resident Coordinator I, you’ll:

Safely transport residents to daily activities, ensuring punctuality and security

Support clients and their families through communication and intervention, including crisis support

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment

Lead and document recovery-focused groups and activities

Observe and report client behavior, medication effects, and daily participation

Collaborate with the clinical team and nursing staff

Ensure residents adhere to schedules and attend all recovery-based activities

Provide orientation to new residents and review emergency protocols

Use BestNotes (our electronic health record system) for accurate documentation

Uphold Joint Commission standards and emergency management procedures
Qualifications

Must be 21 years or older
-
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Sociology, or Human Services preferred

Possess valid driver’s license with ability to be insured by our auto insurance policy which includes, but not limited to, the following requirements: 4 continuous years of driving experience, 21 years of age or older, less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years.

Background check through ADP Selective Screening Services, and those required by State and Federal guidelines.

Ability to lift 25 lbs and work at a computer for extended periods

Compassion, professionalism, and a strong understanding of recovery concepts for mental health and co-occurring disorders
