We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Clean Room Supervisor to lead our vitamin packing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) knowledge and prior experience supervising clean room environments within the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food industry. This role requires hands-on leadership, organization, and a commitment to maintaining compliance and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily vitamin packing operations in a GMP-compliant clean room.

Train, mentor, and oversee clean room staff to ensure adherence to procedures and safety guidelines.

Monitor packing processes for accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards.

Maintain clean room integrity by enforcing sanitation, PPE, and contamination control practices.

Complete and review batch records, logs, and documentation in compliance with GMP requirements.

Collaborate with Quality Control and Production teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

Support audits, inspections, and compliance initiatives.
Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in clean room operations within nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food, or medical device industries.

1+ years of supervisory or lead experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA, and industry compliance standards.

Knowledge of clean room protocols, contamination control, and sanitation procedures.

Experience with batch records, documentation practices, and quality systems.

Familiarity with vitamin/nutraceutical packing equipment or similar packaging machinery preferred.
