<li>$150M+ New Federal (GSA, DoD) Construction Experience </li>
<li>Experience documenting and evaluating changes in project cost, schedule, evaluating contractors request for change order and preparing written reports on project status </li>
<li>Able to read construction drawings</li>
<li>Maintains records on project costs, time schedules, contractor performance, and contract changes</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:
<ul>
<li>5+ Years in role as a Project Manager/Project Engineer</li>
<li>BS Construction Management or Engineering or BA Architecture</li>
<li>Must be able to speak and write in English</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain HSPD-12</li>
<li>Onsite</li>
