Diaz Tree & Lawn Service is a fast-growing landscaping and tree service company serving the DFW area. We specialize in tree removal, trimming, sod installation, and full-service lawn care.

We are looking for a motivated Field Estimator who can meet with customers, build trust, and turn estimates into scheduled jobs.

Position Overview:

This is an outside, in-the-field role. You will travel to customer properties, evaluate landscaping and tree service needs, and provide estimates on-site.

This is NOT a desk job.
You will be meeting customers face-to-face daily.

Responsibilities:

• Visit scheduled estimate appointments (provided daily)
• Assess tree and landscaping needs:
  • Tree trimming & removal
  • Stump grinding
  • Sod installation
  • Flower beds & cleanups
• Provide accurate pricing and explain services clearly
• Build trust with customers and answer questions
• Convert estimates into booked jobs
• Communicate with office team for scheduling
