We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales / Account Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for managing customer relationships through all stages of the sales process.
An ideal candidate has experience in the power transmission and/or material handling industry. Product specific training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
-
- Customer service via phone, email and some face-to-face interaction
- Data entry into CRM
- Follow up on quotes/projects
- Work with outside sales people
- Communicate with engineers, customer service and sales management from our principals
- Attend virtual meetings with customers and/or principals
Qualifications
-
- Previous experience in inside sales and customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
- Strong mechanical skills
- Previous product/sales management experience is a plus
- Identify customer needs with an ability to help people solve problems
- Strong listening skills
- Support outside sales representatives and management as needed
