Quality Cart Solutions is hiring motivated, dependable team members for a short-term residential cart removal project in Midway, NC. This project consists of removing approximately 3,000 residential waste carts over a two-week period.
This is a fast-paced, production-based role ideal for individuals who are reliable, physically capable, and ready to work efficiently as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Remove residential waste carts from assigned addresses
- Load carts onto company trucks for transport
- Follow daily route plans
- Maintain a steady pace to meet daily production goals
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Represent the company professionally while in residential areas
- Schedule
- Start Time: 7:00 AM daily
- End Time: Once the team reaches a minimum of 250 cart removals per day
- Work is expected to be completed within a 2-week timeframe
- Pay
- Paid per cart removed (production-based pay)
- High performers can earn strong daily income based on output
- Consistent work available throughout the duration of the project
