Restaurant Manager – Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar front-of-house management role
  • Experience leading a team of 10–15 in a high-volume setting
  • Proven ability to manage sales volumes of $3M+ annually
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Positive attitude with a hands-on, lead-by-example style
  • Ability to drive the shift and execute operational goals
  • Serve as a culture-setter, promoting integrity and empathy on every shift

Restaurant Manager – Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience in scratch-kitchen fast-casual or hybrid service concepts
  • Skilled trainer who can onboard, coach, and elevate new hires
  • Effective in identifying opportunities to enhance guest experience
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt to a dynamic, team-focused environment
  • Familiarity with scheduling, labor targets, and cost controls
