Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active and current SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Bilingual skills welcome, but not necessary for consideration
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective therapy plans
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage full-time caseloads

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication needs for middle school students
  • Deliver therapy individually and in group settings in accordance with IEP and district policies
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and consistent progress monitoring
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations based on assessment data
  • Stay up to date with best practices in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
