Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Active and current SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
- Bilingual skills welcome, but not necessary for consideration
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective therapy plans
- Detail-oriented and able to manage full-time caseloads
What You’ll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication needs for middle school students
- Deliver therapy individually and in group settings in accordance with IEP and district policies
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and consistent progress monitoring
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations based on assessment data
- Stay up to date with best practices in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
