Duties
- Safely transport clients to their destinations in a timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle, performing regular inspections and necessary vehicle maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with their needs during transit.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while ensuring the safety of all passengers.
- Plan and follow efficient routes to minimize travel time.
- Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that may occur during transport.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding pick-up times, locations, and any changes in schedule.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage or other items as needed.
Skills
- Proficient in vehicle maintenance and mechanical knowledge to ensure optimal performance of the vehicle.
- Strong customer service skills to create a positive experience for passengers.
- Experience in school bus driving or commercial driving is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with bus driving protocols or delivery driver responsibilities is a plus.
- Previous experience as a limousine or shuttle driver is advantageous.
- Excellent navigation skills with the ability to adapt to changing traffic conditions.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients.
