ProCure Heating & Air is a fast-growing HVAC company focused on delivering high-quality service to residential and light commercial clients throughout Central Texas. As we expand, we’re seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Business Development Specialist to drive new business.

Position Summary

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for generating sales revenue through direct residential sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run qualified sales leads and close residential HVAC system replacements

  • Track and follow up with all open estimates and proposals

  • Attend industry events and local networking functions to generate leads

  • Educate clients and partners on ProCure’s service offerings

  • Collaborate with the service and install teams to ensure a seamless handoff

  • Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM

Ideal Candidate Traits:

  • Strong closer with excellent communication and follow-up skills

  • Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision

  • Comfortable networking and establishing professional partnerships

  • Knowledge of HVAC or home services (preferred but not required)

  • Confident presenting to both homeowners and business owners

  • Highly organized with solid CRM and proposal tracking habits

Compensation Structure

Base salary of $37-40,000 with the opportunity to dramatically increase your earnings through uncapped commission.

The company also provides gas allowance and performance-based incentives.
