ProCure Heating & Air is a fast-growing HVAC company focused on delivering high-quality service to residential and light commercial clients throughout Central Texas. As we expand, we’re seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Business Development Specialist to drive new business.
Position Summary
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for generating sales revenue through direct residential sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Run qualified sales leads and close residential HVAC system replacements

Track and follow up with all open estimates and proposals

Attend industry events and local networking functions to generate leads

Educate clients and partners on ProCure’s service offerings

Collaborate with the service and install teams to ensure a seamless handoff

Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM

Strong closer with excellent communication and follow-up skills

Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision

Comfortable networking and establishing professional partnerships

Knowledge of HVAC or home services (preferred but not required)

Confident presenting to both homeowners and business owners

Highly organized with solid CRM and proposal tracking habits
Compensation Structure
Base salary of $37-40,000 with the opportunity to dramatically increase your earnings through uncapped commission.
The company also provides gas allowance and performance-based incentives.
