Job DescriptionAdecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full-time Corporate Quality Manager to join their corporate leadership team in DeKalb County, TN.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Driving quality improvements across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Developing and managing departmental budget and P&L accountability.
- Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics and process improvements
- Driving scrap reduction, root cause analysis, and corrective action initiatives
- Leading Kaizen and manager meetings on daily basis.
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and following up on quality concerns
- Overseeing internal audits, and ensuring compliance with IATF standards
- Providing direction, training and mentoring to direct reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience leading quality within a manufacturing environment.
- Automotive manufacturing background strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of quality documentation, mechanical aptitude and understanding of root cause analysis, GD&T, and similar functions.
- Ability to work on-site 5 days a week
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S., as this client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
