Established, successful law firm in DTLA is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist, with experience in/knowledge of:
- Law firm billing and collections
- Managing AR aging and follow-ups
- Working directly with attorneys on billing issues and pre-bills
- High-volume invoice environments
- Billing cycles, collections, WIP
- Juris or Prolaw proficiency (preferred)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the full collections lifecycle
- Track, manage, and report on AR aging
- Follow up with clients on outstanding balances
- Work closely with the firm administrator and the billing team on AR issues
- Signficant verbal and written interaction with clients and outside vendors
Undergraduate degree required. Pay rate negotiable DOE.
