We are looking for an experienced Window Treatment Project Manager / Estimator to join our team in Golden Valley, Minnesota. This full-time position offers a salary range of $65,000–$90,000 and focuses on overseeing commercial and residential window treatment projects from estimating to installation. The ideal candidate excels at project coordination, cost estimation, and client interaction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

Lead window treatment projects from initial bid through final installation in Golden Valley and surrounding areas.
Prepare comprehensive estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for blinds, shades, and custom window treatments.
Schedule and coordinate installers, vendors, and material deliveries to keep projects on track.
Monitor budgets, change orders, and project documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and internal teams to manage project expectations and scope.

Requirements

Proven experience in window treatments, interior finishes, or construction project management.
Strong skills in estimating, budgeting, and project coordination.
