WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time or Part-time (flexible scheduling available)
PAY RANGE
$35.00 – $50.00/hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments upon admission and as clinically indicated
Develop, implement, and update individualized nutrition care plans
Monitor residents at nutritional risk, including weight changes, wounds, and special diets
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, dietary staff, and providers
Participate in care plan meetings and IDT reviews
Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and facility nutrition standards
Provide education to staff, residents, and families as appropriate
Support menu planning and dietary services with a resident-centered approach
REQUIREMENTS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Registered Dietitian (RD or RDN) credential required
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Colorado
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
Passion for resident-centered care
Team-oriented, proactive, and approachable
