Low-Slope Industrial Roofing
Position Overview
The Low Slope Industrial Roofing Lead oversees daily roofing operations on commercial and industrial projects involving flat or low slope systems (TPO and PVC) This role includes supervising crews, ensuring installation quality, maintaining site safety, coordinating materials, and serving as the primary point of contact for project managers and customers.
Key Responsibilities

Train new team members on installation techniques, safety procedures, and tool usage.

Communicate project progress, issues, and needs with supervisors or project managers.
Roofing Installation & Technical Work
-
Install and oversee installation of lowslope roofing systems including:
-
TPO
-
PVC
-
Ensure all flashings, penetrations, drains, seams, and terminations are installed to spec.

Conduct inspections to verify work quality and identify deficiencies.
Safety & Compliance
-
Enforce OSHA and company safety standards on all job sites.
-
Maintain clean job sites free from hazards.
Materials, Tools & Site Management
-
Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper storage/handling.

Track project supplies and minimize waste.

Operate commercial roofing equipment (welders, cutters, power tools, etc.).
Qualifications
Required
-
3–5+ years of experience in lowslope commercial or industrial roofing.
-
Strong knowledge of TPO, and PVC systems.
-
Ability to read plans and follow technical specs.
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
-
Ability to lift 60+ lbs and work at heights.
