Responsibilities

· Serve as the primary insurance advisor to our agents for high-net-worth clients, providing customized risk management strategies.

· Assess and analyze the client’s personal and business exposures, including homes, valuables, collections, autos, yachts, and liability risks.

· Collaborate with carriers to secure competitive quotes and negotiate terms.

· Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

· Educate agents on internal processes and carrier guidelines.

· Provide personal lines and high-net-worth insurance ongoing agent support.

· Stay current on industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes affecting high net worth clients.

Qualifications

· Minimum 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on high-net-worth clients a must.

· Active Property & Casualty license.

· Strong knowledge of high-value insurance products and carriers (e.g., Chubb, PURE, and AIG Private Client)

· Proficiency in insurance management systems and Microsoft Office.
