Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• CCC-SLP certification preferred
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings
• Familiarity with healthcare-based speech therapy practices
• Strong communication and consultative skills

Location:

• Brush Prairie, WA

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language services to students in their homes, ensuring personalized and effective therapy (5 sessions of 30 minutes each)
• Collaborate with families and educational staff to create and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide consultative support for 20 minutes per week, guiding caregivers and educators on strategies to reinforce skills
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as required
