Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in California
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably within an educational environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with educators, support staff, and families
  • Ability to assess students’ needs and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, student-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students, focusing on improving their participation and performance in school-based activities
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ unique needs
  • Develop tailored treatment plans and implement effective interventions
  • Work closely with teachers and other professionals to promote a holistic approach to student support
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school guidelines
