Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for three licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide essential services within a K-12 school setting. This full-time, contract position runs through June 5, 2026, with an immediate start date. The role requires working onsite across multiple school buildings, engaging with students ranging from Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students with diverse communication needs.
  • Manage caseloads aligned with grade groups, including: Pre-K to 1st grade: 35-40 students Kindergarten to 8th grade: 40-45 students Full K-12th grade: 50-55 students
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation related to therapy sessions and student progress.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current California state licensure as an SLP.
  • Experience in school-based speech therapy preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple buildings and with varied student populations.
  • Onsite availability required; virtual or telepractice-only candidates will not be considered.
  • Candidates should not hold VOCO SLP or SLPA credentials.

Location:

  • Position is based in Fairfield, CA, with service to nearby school locations.

Work Schedule:

  • Approximately 37.5 hours per week.
  • Contract duration: Current School Year through June 5, 2026.
