About the Role We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous infant experience in a daycare or child care center
  • Enjoys working on a growing, supportive team
  • Provides personalized care and support to students
  • Helps new families feel confident and supported with their infants
  • Is excited to learn and grow within a communicative, collaborative environment

What We're Looking For


  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Experience working with infants in a licensed child care setting
  • A nurturing approach that supports children as they lead their own learning through play
  • Comfort collaborating with Lead Teachers and other classroom staff
  • Comfort with positive classroom management techniques
  • A passion for high-quality, hands-on care and education for our youngest learners

We interview daily and are building out our infant, toddler, and preschool teams so if you're a new or experienced teacher who loves working with babies, we'd love to hear from you!
