About the Role We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous infant experience in a daycare or child care center
- Enjoys working on a growing, supportive team
- Provides personalized care and support to students
- Helps new families feel confident and supported with their infants
- Is excited to learn and grow within a communicative, collaborative environment
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Experience working with infants in a licensed child care setting
- A nurturing approach that supports children as they lead their own learning through play
- Comfort collaborating with Lead Teachers and other classroom staff
- Comfort with positive classroom management techniques
- A passion for high-quality, hands-on care and education for our youngest learners
