Membership Manager

Asset Management & Association Services, Inc. (AMAS) – Sandy Springs, GA

Full-time | Primarily on site with occasional remote days | $55,000–$70,000


AMAS supports 11 REALTOR® organizations and two additional associations, serving 20,000+ members, including the Atlanta REALTORS® Association and the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS®. We’re hiring a Membership Manager to lead a 4–5 person team and own the membership lifecycle across multiple associations.


What you’ll do

  • Manage the end-to-end new member application process.
  • Coordinate, promote, and lead (when necessary) all new member orientation sessions.
  • Oversee membership renewals, including dues billing, renewal letters, and payment plan options.
  • Produce monthly new member reports for each Board of Directors meeting.
  • Maintain accurate member and office data in the membership database.
  • Monitor and reconcile records with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) database.
  • Ensure timely, consistent responses to member inquiries.
  • Partner with Communications to keep website membership content current and accurate.
  • Enforce membership policies and communicate status updates in a timely manner.
  • Provide support at association events as needed. Some early mornings or evenings may be required.
  • Contribute to ongoing member recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Supervise, coach, and schedule department team members.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of related experience; association or nonprofit background preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Database management experience. Proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel preferred.
  • Clear, professional communication skills in writing and in person.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on building reliable systems and processes.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Strong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills.
  • Staff management experience.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of real estate licensing, brokerage operations, or MLS/association environments
  • Wrike and RAMCO experience
