Job DescriptionJob Opportunity: OBGYN Generalists

Our organization is excited to announce openings for OBGYN Generalists to join our expanding Women's Health group practices, affiliated with several healthcare facilities in New York. We are currently looking to add two full-time OBGYN MDs to our team at Jones Memorial Hospital in Wellsville, NY, which already includes:

• 2 OBGYN MDs
• 1 Family Medicine-OB (Non-Surgical)
• 1 Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
• 1 Women's Health Physician Assistant (PA)

This role offers a balanced schedule, comprising 2-3 days per week in outpatient clinics and 2 days per week in the operating room for C-sections and gynecological procedures. Our OBGYN MDs participate in a call rotation, approximately 1:4 when fully staffed, which includes backup support for the CNM. The annual delivery volume at Jones Memorial Hospital is around 350 deliveries.

Our community is also supported by three full-time Pediatricians and two Pediatric Nurse Practitioners who provide care for newborns at the hospital.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package. Additionally, a faculty appointment with the University of Rochester may be available for those interested in engaging in teaching and academic activities. We are open to discussing flexible scheduling options, including block scheduling.

Wellsville is situated about 90 miles southwest of Rochester and southeast of Buffalo, making it an attractive location for outdoor enthusiasts. Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have completed an accredited OBGYN residency and be board-certified or board-eligible (ABOG). Candidates must also possess or be eligible for New York State medical licensure. We encourage both new graduates and experienced professionals to apply.
