Location: Kingwood, TX
- Will work with multiple companies as well as doing personal taxes
- Will manage all financial books and records for multiple companies
- Will advise management team on critical investments to minimize taxes
- Will advise management team on banking strategies
- Will manage funds supporting a charitable foundation.
- Will participate in BOD meetings
- Will participate in investment team meetings
- Will manage LLC and personal taxes, including franchise and federal returns
- Will interface with personnel management company supporting benefits, payroll, etc.
- Will participate in or lead due diligence efforts on all potential projects
- Exemplary work could lead to becoming CFO of all enterprises
