· Pay Rate: Rate may vary due to local or non-local contracted rates: $50-55/HR combined Rate of pay. (Pay packages are a combination of taxable hourly rates, tax freeallowances for travel, housing, and meal allowances) (Rates are subject to change via client need)

RRT/RESPIRATORY THERAPIST JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assessing patients: Interviewing patients and reviewing their medical records
• Diagnosing conditions: Assisting with diagnosing breathing disorders and lung conditions
• Developing treatment plans: Consulting with physicians to determine the best treatment options
• Performing tests: Administering pulmonary function tests and taking blood samples
• Treating patients: Performing procedures to clear airways, delivering aerosolized medications, and initiating ventilatory support
• Educating patients: Teaching patients and their families about breathing disorders and lung diseases
• Managing equipment: Ensuring that equipment is ready to use and functioning properly
• Monitoring patients: Recording patients' progress and watching over them to ensure they are breathing smoothly
• Working with a team: Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Documenting: Performing accurate documentation in the patient's medical record
