We are seeking a Quality Engineer (QE) to strengthen our plant-level quality processes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our products consistently meet customer and industry standards. This role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who enjoys collaborating across teams and making meaningful improvements on the shop floor.

- Translate customer feedback and field issues into actionable, plant-level improvement plans.
- Lead and manage structured 8D problem-solving efforts to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Serve as a plant owner of the 8D process, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Analyze NQC and Claims data to identify trends and support targeted improvement initiatives.
- Partner with shop floor teams, Process Engineers, and OpEx Engineers to reduce quality defects.
- Conduct statistical analysis of leading indicators to guide data-driven countermeasures.
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with customer, industry, and regulatory standards.

- Coach teams at all levels to reinforce quality discipline, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
- Support deployment and sustainment of the Drive+ Quality Technical System, including process validation and system effectiveness checks.
