LHH is actively seeking an Intake Coordinator for one of our top clients in Davidson! This will be a contract to hire opportunity with our client that is hybrid to their office in Davidson.
Hybrid Remote: Monday, Thursday, Friday Remote. Tuesday and Wednesday in office. Hours to be determined.
Description
The Admissions Data Entry Specialist plays a key role in supporting accurate patient onboarding and compliance within BrightSpring Health. This position is responsible for processing intake documentation, maintaining patient records, and ensuring data accuracy within the POC (Point of Care) platform. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, an understanding of healthcare documentation and coding, and a commitment to confidentiality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Receive and process intake documents; accurately enter data into the POC platform.

Learn and apply knowledge of ICD-10 codes and service description codes.

Differentiate and manage various payor sources to ensure proper authorization and billing accuracy.

Navigate and utilize the POC platform efficiently for patient admissions and profile management.

Create and maintain patient admission profiles, updating them with new service authorizations as required.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data entry and compliance documentation.

Support Compliance Program by adhering to HIPAA, FCRA, and all relevant regulations.

Uphold the organization’s Code of Ethics (LEGACY), complete required compliance training, and maintain confidentiality in all work.
Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.

Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, healthcare billing and enrollment, or medical coding.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for processing admissions and authorizations.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer.

Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills with a strong focus on accuracy and reliability.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.50 per hour
