Role snapshot

Drive a refrigerated 16 ft box truck on daily local routes
Unload product and merchandise items in grocery and convenience stores statewide
Maintain clean, well-stocked shelves and eye-catching displays
Follow safety standards, report issues, and present professionally
No prior commercial driving experience required

Compensation & schedule

$22/hour starting rate; weekly earnings typically $880–$1,000
Paid weekly
Consistent daily routes; flexible days; full-time shifts

Training, growth, and support

Paid training with hands-on coaching from Day 1
Career mobility: dispatch, safety, or advancement to CDL A
